Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Preorders are final sale and non-refundable, unless your item arrives defective or incorrect.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email hello@glyhaven.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with the next steps.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with clear photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund as required.
