1. Overview

Welcome to Glyhaven. We design and sell women’s activewear and accessories through our website (the “Site”) and related services (the “Service”).
By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products. Your use of Shopify-powered checkout is also subject to Shopify’s terms and policies.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

 


 

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms).

 


 

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We strive to display product colours, images and details accurately; actual colours may vary by screen.

  • Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice. Prices are shown in SGD and include/exclude GST as indicated at checkout (update this line to match your Shopify tax settings).

  • We may limit quantities per order, customer, or household to protect supply and ensure fair access.

 


 

4. Orders, Payment & Security

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy the products listed. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email.

  • We collect payment at checkout via the payment methods shown (processed by Shopify Payments or eligible third-party gateways). Payment information is encrypted in transit.

  • If we need to cancel or adjust an order (e.g., inventory error, suspected fraud), we’ll notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

 


 

5. Pre-Orders

Some items are offered as pre-orders and produced in limited batches to reduce waste.

By placing a preorder, you agree that:

  • Production starts after the campaign ends.

  • Your item is estimated to ship within 30 days after the preorder campaign closes. Shipping dates are estimates, and timing may shift due to demand, material availability, quality checks, or logistics. We’ll email updates if timelines change.

  • Payment is taken at checkout to secure your slot. Because the product is made specifically for you, preorders are final and non-refundable, except for defective/incorrect items as required under Singapore law.

  • Once placed, preorders can’t be changed or cancelled (please confirm size, colour and address before checkout).

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.


 


 

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We ship domestically within Singapore and to selected international destinations shown at checkout.

  • Shipping fees, methods, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Any customs duties/taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. Please ensure your address is correct; we’re not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 


 

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • In-stock items: We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) intact and in original packaging. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Pre-orders: Non-refundable and non-cancellable once placed, except where the item is defective or not as described.

  • Defects / Wrong item: Notify us at hello@glyhaven.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. If verified, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by Singapore law.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimates, worn items, or items with removed tags cannot be returned unless defective.

 


 

8. Promotions, Gift Cards & Discounts

  • Promo codes, credits, and gift cards are single-use unless stated otherwise, non-transferable, and may not be combined.

  • If an order using a promo is returned, the refund excludes the promotional value unless required by law.

 


 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, designs, logos, images, graphics, video, trademarks and brand names such as Glyhaven®, Veiled Sculpt®, and other registered or common-law marks) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

 


 

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Glyhaven a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you own the content and that it does not infringe any rights or violate any laws.

 


 

11. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Site or Service to:

  • violate any law or regulatory requirement;

  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • upload malware or attempt to interfere with security or operations;

  • harvest data or engage in scraping/spamming;

  • post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

 


 

12. Privacy & Data Protection (PDPA)

We collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and our [Privacy Policy].
By using the Site, you consent to our processing of your personal data for order fulfilment, customer service, fraud prevention, and marketing where you have consented. You may withdraw consent or access/correct your data by contacting hello@glyhaven.com.

 


 

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

 


 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Glyhaven (and our directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

 


 

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supplier delays, logistics disruptions).

 


 

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

 


 

17. Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and effect.
