Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Singapore: 3 - 7 working days

  • International: 7- 21 working days (depending on your location and customs clearance).
    A tracking link will be sent once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Glyhaven ships worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, email us at hello@glyhaven.com as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help, but once your order is shipped, we can’t make any changes or cancellations.

At Glyhaven, every piece is carefully checked and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We currently offer both local (Singapore) and international shipping.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2- 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During product launches or preorder campaigns, processing times may take longer due to high volume, we’ll always keep you updated by email.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Singapore: 3-7 working days after dispatch

  • International: 7-21 working days after dispatch
    Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process and courier efficiency.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
If you didn’t receive tracking details after 5 working days, please contact hello@glyhaven.com.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping may be available during selected promotions (announced on our site or Instagram).

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Lost / Delayed Parcels

Once an order is handed to the courier, Glyhaven is not liable for shipping delays, customs holds, or lost parcels caused by courier handling.
However, we’ll do everything we can to assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving issues.

 


 

Preorders

Preorders help us produce only what’s needed, reducing waste and ensuring mindful production.

  • Estimated ship time: ~30 days after the preorder campaign ends.

  • Full payment is collected upfront to secure your piece.

  • Because preorder items are made-to-order, they are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

  • If there are unforeseen production or shipping delays, we’ll notify you by email.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is ready to dispatch.

Preorder disclaimer: Estimated ship date refers to when items ship, not when they arrive. Delays may occur due to supply chain or customs factors, but rest assured, we’ll always keep you updated.
